visualizing distance restraints using Chimera

Is there any way to import a list of distance restraints and have Chimera display them based on the restraint violation. -- Matthew Fountain Professor and Chair Fredonia State University of New York Chemistry and Biochemistry Department

Hello Matthew Fountain, See the ChimeraX plugin “Xlink Analyzer” available separately from this website: <https://www.embl-hamburg.de/XlinkAnalyzer/XlinkAnalyzer.html> … see also publication (open access): Xlink Analyzer: software for analysis and visualization of cross-linking data in the context of three-dimensional structures. Kosinski J, von Appen A, Ori A, Karius K, Müller CW, Beck M. J Struct Biol. 2015 Mar;189(3):177-83. <https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1047847715000301> I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
