Hello, Is there any way to export .vrml or .wrl in the nogui mode? The idea would be to run a script that would load a .pdb file and transform it into a few different representations and then export them. I saw in previous posts that there is no support for exporting images in this mode. Thanks, Paul

The only way currently is to use the "Linux 64-bit Off-screen OpenGL" daily build of chimera. It has a software OpenGL backend, so it has the graphics information needed for exporting and for saving images, and it is always in nogui mode. Please let me know if the 64-bit Linux limitation is a problem for you or not. Greg Couch UCSF Computer Graphics Lab
