Hi Pablo, You could try Surfnet (under Tools... Surface/Binding Analysis). http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/surfnet/ surfnet.html Outside of Chimera, I personally like the CASTp method; this page links to a server and a publications list: http://sts.bioengr.uic.edu/castp/ Unfortunately, visualization of the CASTp results is more convenient with Pymol (because there is a plugin), but the information can also be used for further visualization in Chimera.
