It is not possible to tell the reason with so little information. There are many different possible reasons. However, some common ones are (1) data (structure or map) too big (2) you tried to do a calculation that is too big, such as a calculation of surface with high vertex density on a very large structure, etc. (3) trying to access a web service or web site that is slow to respond I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
