You are welcome to use the RNA bases image on the Chimera web site as long as you credit our lab and software. For example:

"Image produced using the UCSF Chimera package from the Resource for Biocomputing, Visualization, and Informatics at the University of California, San Francisco"

I made the RNA bases image you are interested in. The large image link on that page has a 1500 x 1600 pixel version.

If higher resolution is needed I can probably make such an image for you. As described in the text below the image was made with a plug-in that is not distributed with Chimera.
