Hello, I was wondering if anyone had been able to find a workaround in order to use the autodock vina add-on in Chimera for a mac that is running Catalina OS. Thanks in advance, Mallika

Hello Mallika, Why, what is the problem? I don't think we knew about such an issue. Note however that the Autodock Vina web server does not exist any more, so regardless of what kind of computer you are using, you would have to download and install the Autodock Vina program yourself and use that local version. Further, the Chimera tool does not allow much sampling in Autodock Vina, so it is not recommended for most research purposes. Instead we recommend you just run Autodock Vina directly, not using Chimera. See the gray box warning on the help page: <https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/vina/vina.html> Best, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
