Hi there, I am wondering if its possible to access the matrices computed by the sym command and/or if its possible to save the multiscale structure as a PDB with the BIOMT fields instead of the full structure? thanks in advance Ludovic

Hi Ludovic, The symmetry matrices used by the sym command are only accessible from Python. Being able to output the symmetry matrices as BIOMT remark records in a PDB file for a multiscale model made by the sym command is a good idea and I've been planning on adding that. I'll look into this week. If you want the Python magic to write out the matrices let me know and I'll give details. Tom
