How to join two modelled chain of protein using chimera
I have modelled two chains of protein(A,B) sepratrely. now i want to join these two chains as like of original protein and want to save it as a pdb file format . Can anyone please help me?

Hi Bhanu, You would just combine the two models into one model before saving it as PDB. This can be done with the “copy/combine” function in the Model Panel, which opens a separate dialog, or the “combine” command. http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/modelpanel.html http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/combine.html
