Re: [Chimera-users] export pdb file
Hi Shuanghong, there are two ways to export a PDB file. One is by choosing the "write PDB" function from the Model Panel. The other is by using the "write" command. Each way has an option to save the transformed coordinates or the coordinates relative to the untransformed coordinates of a particular model (take a look at the User's Guide for detailed descriptions). Hope this helps! Elaine =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Elaine C. Hi Shuanghong, Just a short addendum to Elaine's mail: you can type "help write" in the command line to get to the page about the 'write' command directly. Eric Pettersen UCSF Computer Graphics Lab pett@cgl.ucsf.edu http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu On Monday, March 29, 2004, at 05:00 PM, Elaine Meng wrote:
