Hi Yonghui, Antechamber is used automatically by the Add Charge tool (in menu under Tools... Structure Editing) or command "addcharge." Start the Add Charge tool and click its Help button to see more information. Add Charge is also called when you run some other tools (Dock Prep, Minimize Structure).
