Setting map origin index to 0 while keeping fitted structures

Hello, I have spent some time fitting structures to my map. I want to set the origin to 0, however, that will lose me all the work I did. Any suggestions? Regards.

Use the Chimera move command https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/move.html <https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/move.html> to move the fit PDB models by the same amount you shifted the map origin and they will then be in alignment. For example move 15.5,46.5,0 models #3,4,5 Tom

You can use mmtsb mainly conpdb.pl script, the command center can help you to center your structure.
