Hi Ming, Does the start of your .mouthInfo file look similar to this: i.e. there is a header line, and then the IDs in the following lines start at 1 and increase by 1 each line? I looked up the Chimera manual online and it looks pretty straight forward to open either the mouth or poc file but I am not sure why I keep getting the error messages.
