Download Chimera using CLI

?Hi, Is it possible to download chimera headless using the command line interface? Thanks. Best wishes, Reza Reza Khayat, PhD Assistant Professor City College of New York Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry New York, NY 10031

Hi Reza, There is no chimera command to download any version of chimera. Or if you mean the system command line, I believe the answer is still no: To download Chimera you have to go to the download web page and agree to the license. I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Meng, Ph.D. UCSF Chimera(X) team Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry University of California, San Francisco
