Reg: Peptide Dimer

Hi, I would like to know if is it possible to prepare peptide dimer In Chimera. If yes, how and if no what are the possible ways to prepare it? Thanks in advance. Hi Amit, If you mean you want to create a dipeptide, then you can do it with Build Structure (in menu under Tools… Structure Editing). In that tool, see the "Start Structure" section, the peptide option. See description here: <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/editing/editing.html#start> After you create it, you can do other things like add hydrogens (see Adjust Torsions, AddH, Dock Prep, etc. … these tools are also in the menu under Tools… Structure Editing).
