I was able to download Chimera 1.18 from off-campus, so I don't think the error is on the UCSF CGL end.  If you send me the IP address that is being used to contact our server, then I can search our logs for any errors.  You can use https://myip.com/ or https://whatismyipaddress.com/ to find the IP address that we would see.  If the error occurs before our server is contacted, then it would not be in our logs, and we would have no way of telling how to fix it.  In that case, you will need to work with your university's support folks to identify exactly where the error is.     Good luck,     Greg On 7/17/2024 7:19 PM, Setyanto Md via Chimera-users wrote:
