Internal Server Error. Can Not Download chimera 1.18

Dear Chimera User and Development Team, I tried to download ucsf-chimera version 1.18. However, the message 500 Internal Server Error appears. Is this error from our internet network, or is it from the chimera server? I was able to download Chimera 1.18 from off-campus, so I don't think the error is on the UCSF CGL end. If you send me the IP address that is being used to contact our server, then I can search our logs for any errors. You can use https://myip.com/ or https://whatismyipaddress.com/ to find the IP address that we would see. If the error occurs before our server is contacted, then it would not be in our logs, and we would have no way of telling how to fix it.
