Dear Chimera Users! I am looking for the smooth-MD.py script that I may use with MD trajectories to smooth their visualization. I've already seen it for Chimera-X but it seems that the older version is disappeared ... Many thanks for any info! Yours sincerely Enrico

Hello, This Chimera script is on the same page as the ChimeraX script. The Chimera ones are the top section, the ChimeraX ones on the bottom. Just search page for "smooth" <https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/trac/chimera/wiki/Scripts> I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
