Hi everybody, I used Modeller to generate a structure which I then saved using Chimera. The CASTp server complains that the structure is not in pdb format. I'm attaching the pdb file to help with the diagnostics. Good weekend to all George
Hi George, While it is true that the CASTp server <http://sts.bioengr.uic.edu/castp/calculation.php> complains about your PDB file written from Chimera, it gives the same error message for a couple of PDB files that I got directly from the RCSB PDB. ... so, I'm thinking there is some problem with the server.
