Hi, I'd like to simplify the "volume filter" command by entering it via command line. Is this possible? I'd like to filter several volumes at once with a Gaussian filter of, say, 4. Hi Dieter, The Volume Filter options are implemented in the "vop" command, for example "vop gaussian" … for details and examples, see: <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/vop.html> <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/vop.html#gaussian> Best, Elaine ---------- Elaine C.
