Hi Jorn, It depends if SYBYL can write the map in any of the several formats that Chimera "knows": <http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/filetypes.html#volume> It might not, if SYBYL users are meant to analyze the results in SYBYL only, but I don't know for certain (I don't have access to that program and I didn't see any documentation on this topic on the Web).
