Chimera 1.14 Crashes When Attempting to Use the ViewDock Function
Hi, Chimera started to crash when choosing a structure for ViewDock. This started to happen after installing ChemOffice (could it be related?). I will be grateful if you could help me troubleshoot this. System: Windows 10, 64bit, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Sincerely, Mike
Hi Mike, ChemOffice may have installed a bad OpenGL DLL. Look in C:\Program Files (x86)\ChemOffice[year]\Common\DLLs and see if there is a DLL with “opengl” in its name. If so, remove it. If that folder doesn’t exist, you may have to poke around to find where current versions of ChemOffice put their DLLs. --Eric Eric Pettersen UCSF Computer Graphics Lab
