Dear all, is there a possibility to make the background invisible to be able to overlay a structure over anything? Thanks, Juergen
Hi Juergen, There is a transparent background setting in the Effects tool (under Tools... Viewing Controls). However, be aware that some computers cannot comply with the setting, and only certain image formats incorporate it; see the following for details: <http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/sideview.html#effects> Best, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
