Hi all, I try to make a movie in chimera and it fills my C drive. Can I change the temp folder, in which the pics are stored, to another empty drive? Thanks, Yehuda Halfon

Hi Yehuda, There’s an option for where the files are written. If you are using the command, see options for “movie record” <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/movie.html#record-options> If you are using the Movie Recorder tool, then see Frame Options: Directory <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/recorder/recorder.html> I’m on a Mac, but on Windows I believe you can include the drive in these directory specifications. I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Meng, Ph.D. UCSF Chimera(X) team Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry University of California, San Francisco
