Hi all, the command line is not working on apple silicon with the latest Chimera versions. Do you have suggestion how to solve the problem? Thanks for your help. Hi Marco, We are aware of this problem and do not have a fix yet, but there is a workaround. After you start Chimera, if you hover the mouse over the green ("maximize") circle in the title bar, an overlay will popup with options about how to maximize the window. Ignore that and click again on the title bar to dismiss the popup. After that the Chimera window behaves normally. --Eric Eric Pettersen UCSF Computer Graphics Lab
