Problem with swapaa

I am having problems mutating some residues with the 'swapaa' command. How do I mutate to 'A' or 'G' or 'I' for example? I always get an error that the rotamer library doesn't support it. Is there a workaround or is it actually not possible to simply mutate a residue to one of those? I tried changing the rotamer library, but I get the same error. Hi Dan, Swapaa is for amino acids (swap AA, “AA” meaning amino acids). You need to use the “swapna” command for nucleic acids (swap NA). <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/swapna.html> I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
