Hi Chun-Nan, Use our newer program ChimeraX. It has a new surface calculation code that never fails. Also try full or soft lighting in the toolbar to get much nicer depth perception than Chimera. Surface calculation often fails in Chimera for large structures especially on Windows. Tom

I tried the “split” command and other solutions without success. I could surface just the B chain but I really want to surface all 3 chains and color the RBD.
