Hi Rene, Sorry, there is no Chimera command to save a marker file (.cmm) --the current way is with the Volume Tracer tool's File menu. <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/volumepathtracer/volumepathtracer.html#markerfiles> IThe "write" command can save a marker file as PDB, but not as the marker format, unfortunately.
