When I started chimera, it showed "Cannot find a usable font Aborted (core dumped)". How to fix the problem? Thank you HH

This a a message from the Tk windowing toolkit that Chimera uses. It could not find a font it needed nor could it find its “failsafe” fallback font. Are you on Linux? You need to install some English-language fonts, in particular the “sans” font. Dear Eric, Thanks for your information. I used Ubuntu 18. I have installed English-language fonts in my Ubuntu, but it still have the same problem. Finally, I downloaded the version of chimera-alpha-linux_x86_64.bin and run chimera again. Interestingly, it can work. Thank you very much HH Eric Pettersen <pett@cgl.ucsf.edu> 於 2019年3月8日 週五 上午7:21寫道:
