Make sure the .bin file is executable, and then give the full path to it to run it.  For example, in terminal window:     $ chmod +x Downloads/chimera-1.17.3-linux_x86_64.bin     $ Downloads/chimera-1.17.3-linux_x86_64.bin HTH, Greg On 5/1/24 15:38, Conor Bonal via Chimera-users wrote:
