Hi Kevin, It looks like you are talking about the AlphaSpace tutorial here: https://yzhang.hpc.nyu.edu/AlphaSpace/index.html . Though that tutorial uses Chimera for visualization, it has nothing to do with us directly per se. We have no idea how you would obtain the Example_FCTM directory or chimera_load.py script. Perhaps you could contact the AlphaSpace author directly? It looks like there is contact information in the Author Information section of the AlphaSpace paper: https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acs.jcim.5b00103 --Eric Eric Pettersen UCSF Computer Graphics Lab

Subject: Request for Example Data for Visualization Dear Chimera Development Team, I hope this message finds you well. My name is kevin, and I am currently working on a project that involves the use of UCSF Chimera for molecular visualization. I am reaching out to inquire if you could provide me with example data, particularly the "Example_FCTM" directory that contains the chimera_load.py script and other relevant files. Having access to this data would greatly assist me in understanding and utilizing Chimera more effectively for my work. Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.
