Hi Matt, The density map value type (int8, uint8, float, int16, ...) is shown in a popup balloon if you hover the mouse over the word "Range" (range of data values) in the volume viewer window beneath the histogram. I know this is impossible to discover (without reading documentation), but I felt that information was not important enough to take up precious space in the volume viewer window. Tom
