mtz file of an mrc map and its model open correctly in coot but not in chimera
Dear All, I converted an mrc map to mtz (using mrc2mtz.sh from CCP4EM) in order to do model building and model refinement in coot. However when I open the model in chimera along with its corresponding mrc map they do not open in same place. How can I rectify it? Any help will be appreciate. Regards, Shabih
