Dear All, I have noticed that the animation tool appears to begin encoding movies before the final frame settings are set, consequently all my movies are missing the last frame. I can see a way to fix this but, it would be better if it didn’t happen. Has anyone else noticed this? D. Hi David, I don’t think we knew about it. Most of the detail-oriented type of movie-making has been done with command scripts, and the programmers who worked on Animation GUI are no longer with us, so the GUI hasn’t gotten much of our attention lately. Thanks for the report, and sorry for the inconvenience! Best, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Meng, Ph.D. UCSF Chimera(X) team Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry University of California, San Francisco
