Is it possible to view more than three volumes in the volume viewer window? Whenever I open more than three, the least recent density contouring disappears. I can always go to the data tool bar and select it, but it gets teadious when you are juggling 4+ volumes classes and trying to observe the difference between them. Hi Bharat, Yes, three is just the initial default. You can increase that number using the Volume Viewer menu: "Features… Data display options” and then adjusting the "Maximum number of histograms shown”. <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/volumeviewer/frame...> <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/volumeviewer/volum...> (This is not a bug issue but a usage question. For future reference, questions should be sent to chimera-users@cgl.ucsf.edu — thanks) I hope this helps, ----- Elaine C.
