HI all, is there a way to ‘cap high values at box faces’ through the command line? Thanks Giulia

Hi Giulia, The "volume" command contains most of the features in the Volume Viewer tool: <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/volume.html> See "capFaces" at the bottom of the surface/mesh options of the "volume" command: <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/volume.html#dispsurf> It is already true by default, so maybe you wanted false. I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Meng, Ph.D. UCSF Chimera(X) team Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry University of California, San Francisco
