Display of double/tripe bonds

Hi all, I wish to use Chimera for my students to view organic models that I created in MOE. How can Chimera display double/triple bonds? They appear as single bonds in .pdb, .mol, .mol2 formats. Thanks. Hi Ghislain, Sorry, Chimera does not have an option to show double or triple bonds differently from single. Cheers, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Meng, Ph.D. UCSF Chimera(X) team Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry University of California, San Francisco
