Hi, when I un-select atoms, I had some weird long lines crossing my structures across (picture attached). I restarted the program how ever the same exact thing happened again. The two files that were opened worked perfectly in the past and before I un-selected the atom (ctrl+left click in the "air"). Other wise - great software. Thank you. Ben

Hi Ben, Maybe a graphics driver bug, since we haven't observed the problem, and deselecting atoms is a very common action. It would be great if you could use "Help... Report a Bug" in the Chimera menu. This would automatically fill in information about your computer and version of Chimera. Or, you can send e-mail to chimera-bugs@cgl.ucsf.edu , but either way it would help to have more information: what version, what platform (type of computer and operating system), exactly what actions generate the problem, and even a sample file or session, if that seems important - maybe it isn't in your case. Files can be attached to the bug report. Thanks for reporting the problem, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
