Hi, I'm doing a work for college and my professor is asking for an analysis via Autodock Vina. However I have to calculate scores and the program is giving them with only one decimal and I need to report the values with 3 decimals. How can I change that? Thanks a lot :)

Hi Valeria, As far as I know the Autodock Vina output file of docked ligands (your-output-file-name.pdbqt) only gives one digit after the decimal point for the score. That is all I see by looking at the text of an example file directly in a text editor. I don't know where you would get more digits. Maybe you could get it by running Autodock Vina directly, but I have no idea. You could try looking at the information on the Autodock Vina website <https://vina.scripps.edu/> I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
