Some actions do generate replies in the Reply Log, and you can view and save the contents of the Reply Log, if that helps remind you what was done... also, you can save the session, although that only saves the current state and not all the steps that were taken to reach the state. We have discussed something like an HTML notebook for recording modeling steps taken in Chimera, but it would still require the user to do something at the appropriate stages of the process (and doesn't yet exist!). Is there any way to get a read out of all of the operations I have performed within a session? I know of the command history option but that only record the commands I have entered in the command line. I would like to be able to record my command line and non-command line actions, in the order they occurred.
