Hello, I used MatchMaker to superimpose a couple of models. Now when I open any .pdb files, they automatically superimpose. How can I "turn off" MatchMaker so it doesn't automatically superimpose everything? Thanks, Leanne M. Leanne Ward, MEd. Hi Leanne, Matchmaker doesn’t automatically superimpose anything… you have to specifically apply the tool or command. I can only guess that the set of structures you are opening are already superimposed according to the coordinates in their files. Sometimes that occurs with a series of related structures. I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Meng, Ph.D. UCSF Chimera(X) team Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry University of California, San Francisco
