MINIMIZATION BY CHIMERA

Hi Jonathan, You just set the options you want and then click Apply or OK on some dialogs. Each dialog has a Help button that you can click to see the explanation of all the options. You can use menu: Tools... Structure Editing... Minimize Structure, or the command "minimize."
