on voxel size measured in angstroms

Dear All, Will you please tell me by Chimera how can we know the voxel size measured in angstroms? Smith

Dear Smith, In the Volume Viewer dialog’s menu, choose Features… Coordinates. This will show the origin and voxel size in the dialog, and also allow you to change them if needed. <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/volumeviewer/volumeviewer.html#coordinates> I hope this helps, Elaine ---------- Elaine C.
