Dear Sir, I am trying to use chimera for windows for docking, but it does not work (photos attached). I have downloaded: https://github.com/ccsb-scripps/AutoDock-Vina/releases/tag/v1.2.3 and put the correct location but still having problems. Could you possible help me? I have followed all the steps described here. Thank you in advance for your help. Dear Eleni, It looks like the problem is the "Output file" location. You need to give a location where you have permission to write files. I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Meng, Ph.D. UCSF Chimera(X) team Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry University of California, San Francisco P.S. The Autodock VIna tool in Chimera is not recommended for most research because it does not allow very much sampling. If you use Autodock Vina directly (not using the Chimera tool) you can do a more thorough sampling. This issue is mentioned in bottom part of the gray box in the manual page: <https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/vina/vina.html>
