I found that "tile" only works with atomic coordinate models. Is there a way to "tile" 3D EM maps? Thank you

Hi Eduardo, I changed the Structure Tile dialog (under menu Tools / Structure Comparison) so it works on volumes and all model types, not just molecules. The new code will be available in tonight's Chimera builds: http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/alpha-downloads.html Tom
