San Jacinto College Software Intake Form Chimera

Greetings. I am the Supervisor of Desktop Support Services for San Jacinto College. Information Technology Services (ITS) has been asked to evaluate Chimera to ensure that the San Jacinto College computing environment meets the requirements for the service as well as to ensure that the service offering complies with our requirements. As part of our standard process we reach out to software vendors to request the completion of the attached form after the requestor has completed section 1. At this time we request that you complete section 2 or 3 of the attached form and return it to us by August 21st so that we may complete our evaluations and grant purchase eligibility if the service qualifies. Additional questions may follow. Ok I noticed in the post that it appears ChimeraX is the newer version of this. Do you have the documentation for ChimeraX. No -- the answer is the same for ChimeraX. We are currently developing ChimeraX, but still we are a small academic research group, not a software company. You are welcome to look at any/all of the ChimeraX information online to decide for yourself, or to decide not to use the software.
