Hi Bala, Sorry, there is no PDF version of the Chimera User's Guide. It is only HTML, and if there are certain parts you want to print, I recommended printing them from your Web browser. The way it is structured (with many hyperlink connections) is best for navigating in HTML. You can use "Help... Search Documentation" in the Chimera menu to find the part you want.
