Hello, Please help me with managing the chimera program. I have created an image of a protein, but would like to view the active site complex. How can I highlight that in my image? Thank you, Sana Sent from my U.S. Cellular BlackBerry® smartphone

Hi Sana, It sounds like you just need to learn a little more about using Chimera. You would display the atoms you are interested in and hide the other atoms, zoom in on the active site region, and set colors and display styles. Here is a general beginner tutorial: <http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/Outreach/Tutorials/GettingStarted.html> See also the tutorials in the User's Guide, especially the "image tutorials": <http://plato.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/1.5.3/docs/UsersGuide/frametut.html> I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
