We've put code in the Chimera 1.2121 snapshot (released May 5, 2005) to work around a bug in the Apple OpenGL driver that caused Chimera to crash when displaying molecule ribbons. You need to use Chimera 1.2121 or later on Mac OS 10.4. Tom
