Sybyl - Amber atom type dictionary
Hi all, I was wondering if there is a text editor readable dictionary file that shows Sybyl atom types and their complementary Amber/GAFF atom types names inside the Chimera program contents folder. Hi Nikolay, AFAIK, the answer is no.
