color maps based on real space cross correlation

Hi Chimera-users, I have aligned two cryoEM maps at certain threshold using 'Fit in Map' option in chimera. Now I would like to color one map based on real space voxel correlation values from 'Fit in Map' operation. Please let me know how this can be done in chimera. thank you with kind regards Mani.

This old message describes how to color a map by local correlation using the Chimera vop localCorrelation command https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/pipermail/chimera-users/2012-October/008076.html <https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/pipermail/chimera-users/2012-October/008076.html> Tom
