Hi Dave, The Pseudobond Panel "attributes..." function allows controlling the whole group of pseudobonds rather than a particular one. To adjust an individual pseudobond, just Ctrl-click on it to select it, open the Selection Inspector ("Actions... Inspect" or greenish button on lower right corner of Chimera window), inspect "Pseudobond", change some parameter. Sounds like you want to set "displayed" to false.
